I met a very deformed dog in Mexico once. He lived atop a house and jumped off once, breaking his back legs beyond recognition. He'd scoot himself around with his front legs, and you could see his little squashed tail under him -- wagging like crazy.
Maybe Bambi's happy too? Maybe six legs is better than one eye, as Tom Cruise is learning today. Hard to say...
